Although Gomi might be cooked the o/u at 1.5 and +135 I feel is pretty aggressive
Tuck decision +825 is interesting
Yeah but look at the guys that have finished Gomi vs the guys that Tuck has actually finished...No might be my friend, Gomi is cooked. Hasn't lasted more than 2:37 last three fights and Tuck looked a weight class bigger at weigh-ins. Tuck is a first round fighter as well, usually comes out guns blazing looking for an early finish (7/8 finishes in the 1st). If he doesn't get it he gasses and losses against guys he shouldn't (Damien Brown), but I think he finds it here. It's an aggressive line no doubt, but I think it is warranted.
I see Tuck either rocking him in the pocket and following him to the mat, or taking him down early. Once it hits the mat Gomi rides off into retirement with another quick paycheck.
Thanks for the info. That negates the travel part of my comments, but coming to the U.S. to improve his skills is on the positive side.Sasaki moved to NYC a few months back. Has been training there and in New Jersey at Team Carnicella.

People have been whispering stuff ever since he broke Pettis' eye socket in 2015.
Yeah, I didn't really get that either, it's just links to a bunch of random forum users speculating about it...
Not to mention a lot of posters in that Reddit thread even said they thought he looked the same.
And judging by the most recent weigh-in, he looks as in good a shape as ever. I guess that kinda ties in with that my post about Pudilova about how different photo's can make us look. The lighting was very scattered in that RDA beach photo, you're not going to have cast shadows that underline muscle definition, it makes a huge difference.

Do these opinions hold more weight than random forum posts?
Fact is RDA's last win was in Dec 2015 and prior to this he was on a 5 fight win streak... hmmm.
I believe that he should win this fight but if he loses it's further confirmation that POST_USADA_RDA is a different animal.
Would just like to present a counterpoint about the Sasaki/Scoggins bout, Goodfella: I like a small play on Ulka Sasaki at +435 against Justin Scoggins for four reasons.
1- Scoggins just dropped back down in weight to flyweight, which is always a concern.
2- Scoggins has been submitted twice recently in fights that he was supposed to win and Sasaki is a crafty submission artist.
3- Sasaki is tall and big for flyweight.
4- Scoggins traveled far to fight in Singapore while Sasaki lives relatively close by in Japan.
Sasaki's submission line is also tempting at +435 and even his decision line at +1325
has value in my opinion.
Well it's 8 am, I'm about to have my first cup of coffee and pet my fluffy cats. This will be an amazing day.
It will be indeed. Couple of hours to go.
