Also, how fat is Shaq? Like Tim Sylvia vs Mercer, or college days?

Consider they both in their primes, which means BL with all his fighting knowledge he'd got during his lifetime; and Shaq at his strongest conditions (not fattest)

As for the referee...hm, I wouldnt say that's really relevant....
Let's just say that Big John McCarthy is the man in black.
 
Shaq is a big guy, but I think if he doesn't get Lee out of there in about 45 seconds, he's in for a long night. Lee knew about armbars and shit from jiujitsu guys, so I could see him backpacking Shaq if he needed to. He could also just circle and Marco Ruas his leg out like he did against Paul Varylens(?) and get the injury TKO. So, besides lucky flash KO, I'd take Bruce Lee 98/100.
 
Shaq would have to tap to strikes to his balls.
 
I guess Tarantino would pick Shaq
