Uncle Dana owes ESPN 40 cards a year and each PPV (except Colby-Jorge and Nate-Khamzat) has to have 2 title fights, so if Makhachev or Oliveira can't defend, Ari and Hunter make Gaethje vs Poirier vs Chandler triple threat match for the interim US light weight belt of the world. Choo choo mazefaka!

I am too lazy to check, but have all PPV's this year had 2 title fights on each PPV?
EDIT: UFC 279 didn't have a single title fight. 278 only had 1 title fight.
