Eddie Hall breaks the UFC punching machine record

I don't have the slightest clue as to how these machines work, but I would guess that there's a sort of "perfect angle" that you could utilize when connecting with the machine, that would make the measured force of your punch maximized. If Ngannou (or whomever) hits you on the chin with an...

Eddie Hall breaks the UFC punching machine record

I know, I meant "athlete" as in different aspects of athleticism than being strong.

Eddie Hall breaks the UFC punching machine record

It makes sense that someone as heavy and strong as Eddie would be able to punch really hard when having all the time in the world to set up the punch. I suspect if you're in an actual fight you don't have as much time, which is why being 300 pounds isn't really practical when boxing.

Eddie Hall breaks the UFC punching machine record

I've recently watched Eddie Hall in a couple of climbing videos on youtube, with Magnus Midtbø, and he seems like a cool guy. And a decent athlete for his size.

Ngannou would deck the Hall. Falalalala.

Media Alexander Volkanovski Steps In As DJ On Short Notice.

Imagine if DJ had stepped in as a DJ. The audience would go absolutely crazy from the wordplay alone.

Media Alexander Volkanovski Steps In As DJ On Short Notice.

Imagine if he had spend a little more time training and not so much time DJ'ing. He probably wouldn't have got knocked out so much.

How would prime Palhares do against current MW/WW?

TS apparently really likes fantasy. https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/if-alex-entered-mma-in-his-prime-would-he-be-classed-a-goat-who-would-beat-him-gastelum-bisping-costa-anderson-weidman-fedor-palhares-hunt.4328086/

If Alex entered MMA in his prime would he be classed a goat? Who would beat him? Gastelum? Bisping? Costa? Anderson? Weidman? Fedor? PALHARES? Hunt?

So, basically: If Alex had all of the abillity he has now after years of fighting, but somehow had it in his late twenties, and also hadn't focused on striking but somehow, magically, possesed the same elite kick boxing skills while practicing all the other fighting skills? Yeah, I guess this...

Bo Nickal is the male version of Ronda

Ronda was beating the top fighters at the time. Including 3 who beat Amanda Nunes. Also she didn't decision Tate, she submitted her.

I can't believe that Conor Mcgregor is the favorite against Chandler.

It's a bit ridicilous calling a fix before the actual fight happens. Feel free to call it a fix if the fight actually looks suspicious as it happens, but I'm not on board with this whole "lol, Conor sucks so bad, he would never be able to win a fight without someone taking a dive." Conor is a...

I can't believe that Conor Mcgregor is the favorite against Chandler.

Lol. I guess Poirier wasn't enough of a company man to take a dive, and the UFC for some reason couldn't find someone who was. OR, I know that this sounds crazy, maybe the UFC doesn't actually fix fights for Conor?

Media Masvidal claiming he didn’t sucker punch Colby. Calls Gaethje a p***y

So they're basically 1-1 with Masvidal winning the latest fight? That puts him ahead of Colby, imo. Like Izzy vs Alex.

Parrdon the ignorance, but why did Poatan get the blackbelt after the JH fight?

He wasn't given a black belt for the KO. He was given a black belt he was about to receive anyway, it just so happened that he KO'ed someone prior to receiving it. This has been mentioned tons of times.

Every Poatan victories make Izzy look better

It's true. It's also true that Izzy wants this fine wine to age, whereas Alex doesn't seem to care much, as he is busy finding better wines than the old ones.
