You also really can't expect the same percentage of revenue share either when a massive part of their revenue stream is from loans and investments. People try to steer the conversation that way but a company or org needs to be sustainable first before increasing rev shares between league and players.

If she’s getting paid less than someone she supervises that’s on your wife, man. Clearly there is an issue which could be rectified with a conversation.

A bunch of older wnba players have been hating on her for a while now. They think she’s overly hyped(some think cuz she’s white). Despite being the best player in college and breaking just about every record lol. They all need to STFU and just appreciate that she’s going to hopefully bring more money/attention to their poverty league.

They're like bitter fat cows that hate on the pretty girl getting all the attention. Instead of being happy the league might have a chance at being profitable they can't get past that some White girl is breaking records and is the face of the sport. I'm not convinced this is really the case. It was only 3 people who said some questionable shit and that got projected to all women or the entire WNBA.

All the red pill outrage Youtube channels ran with the WNBA players are jealous narrative.

It was literally 3 people that said something kinda dumb.

1. Sheryl Swoopes said some senile dumb shit about NCAA records on a podcast.
2. Diana Taurasi said she'd rather draft another player from her alma mater first over Clark.
3. Breanna Stewart said Clark is not on the all time women's NCAA GOAT list because she didn't win a championship.

That somehow turned into: the ENTIRE WNBA is jealous because she's not black, that she's not a lesbian that she's not a feminist, etc.

Ridiculous hyperbole. There's no "proof" that the ENTIRE WNBA are jealous. It's just some outrage clickbait in my eyes until there's more evidence. Don't be a sucka and believe everything a Youtube video says.

She's got a lot of pressure on her to perform, if she doesn't come out of the gate like a Lebron/Jordan the viewership/interest bump will plummet real quick.

It will be interesting if players come hard at her out of jealousy it will negatively affect their own paychecks.

Well, to be fair Taurasi and Stewart are two of the only WNBA players that have any kind of platform lmao. The comments on any clark posts on social media almost instantly turn into some kind of culture war.

Ironically a lot of male players/athletes who are huge fans of her.

Plenty of older, retired NBA players have said some haterade shit about up and coming new NBA stars.

And I'd argue the Stewart and Taurasi comments weren't even that bad. They were just asked a question and they answered.

The only thing that was delusional was what Sheryl Swoopes said.
