Yeah Mizkif is the one that actually owns that gym, it's not affiliated with OTK, although all the other OTK members show up there and stream. He started it with non OTK streamers Knut (who's a former Arnold Classic winning bodybuilder) and Wakewilder who is another jacked weight lifting streamer.

A bunch of out of shape streamers are doing an event where they get trained by Knut for a month at the gym called Camp Knut next month, Adam Cole should join them.
