IDK who the hell valued PFL at $500 million.

Yeah, I know grammar rules, my man. I just have a hard type doing this from my phone.(psst... it's "investor", not "imvestor", though I kinda like the sound of it)
And this changes everything.
A normal valuation is 3x yearly revenue. There is no way PFL generates all that. AROD is a pretty smart businessman, he must see something here. There’s no way in hell PFL is worth $500m lmao
I don't know what it is specifically, but it seems very clear that PFL serves some sort of purpose outside of its stated business model. I don't know if it's money laundering, acting as a tax loss, or what, but it vey clearly isn't a real business at this point.
I'm not complaining, I like the cards, I like the season structure, and honestly I don't even mind the points system, but you do not get this much money going into these things with their horrible viewership numbers and complete lack of buzz or attention.
Ya there is something sketchy about all of this. Like Shelter mentioned, maybe it's some kinda of tax thing. What other business units does PFL run to be worth half a billion dollars? Surely they arent making money off of MMA
If PFL is worth $500mil then we can probably get a cool billi for Sherdog.
Unironically they say they are worth a billion + because they get lots of facebook viewsif PLF is worth 500 mill that means One is worth 10 BILLION DOLLARS
The sad thing is that Bellator has a tremendous roster of fighters. If they poured millions into marketing and media coverage maybe, just maybe they'd have something.Coker is missing out on the investor scam that PFL and ONE are running.

Trust me, he’s not. He actually thought he could tie down J-Lo. That’s one horse who’s been on too many rides.I thought Alex was smarter
Their marketing is pathetic. They’re lucky their European expansion has been a success cause I doubt they’d be profitable without it. I know the saying “If you build it they will come” exists, but you can’t build it in a forest on a remote island and expect them to come. They’re lucky Europe is really a neglected market for the UFC.The sad thing is that Bellator has a tremendous roster of fighters.
