Card is not great name wise but there could be some good fights.

Li vs Dos Santos is gonna be a great fight between two top 15 guys. Dos Santos is riding a 7 fight win streak and finished last 3 and Li is 6-1 in last 7 and finishes. Main event gonna be good as well.

Pretty much this. If you're rating it 1/10, you're basically just saying "I don't know who any of these fighters are," in which case, why the heck are you rating something you know nothing about? Are you just assuming they're not good fighters because they have foreign names?

No matter what you think, if Zhang Weili wins the title, this will ultimately go down as one of the most important UFC events ever.
It very well may be a watershed moment in MMA.
