Aqua Punching Bag 12" Head Hunter Review

Cool. I think I'm going to go with the 12".

Look forward to hearing your input.

It doesn't have to move too much. I just like some movement in my bags.

Sorry for the crappy video. My daughter is only 5. :)

For sure the 12" will give you the right amount of movement.

Will try to post pics tomorrow.

Could not wait to try to add a picture lol. Thanks rsk ;)

Either way, both are made by Aqua punching bag and are the same price. I just like the color options of Aqua bag. Hope Rival will have that in the future.

Oh ok. Didn't compare the prices. Just automatically thought putting the Rival named upped the price.....lol.

Yeah it is a different pattern of orange. I cannot wait to get mine!!!!!

Tough call. I'm either going with the orange or the other orange. Unless we could get a group order together. Neon green anyone? :icon_lol:

I have the same dilemma for my 9", I have two of the blood red because Im going with a red/black and a little bit of white theme but I want to switch it up a bit and the orange is the only other color that would match well.

Wish they had more videos of the rival, the fireball looks great in the higher quality videos:

But the lower quality videos make me wonder how much the skins vary, the first video there looks to be ALOT more yellow:

Canelo workin dat aqua bag

can one of you guys who bought the 9 incher do a review? So far the smallest bag Ive seen vids of are the 12". I'm worried it will swing too much, while also moving too slowly to be worthwhile for defensive drills. The 12 lazily returns to you after making huge arcs with every punch.

My bad boy blue 12" came in today. Like a dumbass I didn't order the hanging kit. Gotta hit the hardware store tomorrow and get some chain and carabiners.

35$ is way to much for the hanging kit. You will save a lot by buying it. Cant wait to hear how you like the bag.

Unless the chain length is perfect (its 35 inches), your paying $40 dollars for a swivel and carabiners, its not a bad product for the 18" Aqua Bag but its very expensive for the head hunter. Im glad I only grabbed one of the hanging kits, you could look into whatever type of rope a lot of people are using for the smaller bags:

Does anyone know exactly what kind of rope that is?

Dug around the garage and found a swivel, chain and one carabiner. Looks like I only need one more carabiner which will be around 5 bucks. Works for me. I'll have a video up on Instagram this evening.

I still have to put up a video on Instagram, but I will post my thoughts here. Hands down I like it!!! I don't feel it swings too much considering its only 35 pounds. Makes for nice movement around the bag. This is the first time I have ever used a water type bag so it is considerably different than hitting my heavy bag. Now it may just be me, but I feel it a lot more in my upper body after using this bag for quite a few rounds as opposed to my 100 pound heavy bag. So far I give this thing an A+.

Got mine in last week. I've used the 9" and 18" at my gym. I got the 12" because it was somewhat portable and I wanted something to hang in the park. Great bag, but I find it a little awkward to land straight shots sometime.

On another note. I went on a boat ride last weekend and notice they had a water buoy same exact size. I'm wondering if the Aqua bag is just a dolled up water buoy?
