This ^ will be across my upper back after the CoronaShit is over.

Mowed in the front yard today, the fall leaves are still on the ground. I mowed about 1/4 of my front yard, and filled a large bag with the dead leaves. This exhausted me and I slept this afternoon for about 5 hours, 1 to 6 or so. Hamstrings very tired, but not sore.

I fixed the muscle spasm in my neck last night, had my son stand on each vertebra, holding for a time, then easing off to the next one. BIG difference in my neck, which has hurt since the first week of December. I get these muscle spasms occasionally and the muscle knots for months and my neck hurts, and the pressure on the radial nerve causes the pain to turn down the back of my upper arm or forearm. I know that if I could get back to light lifting I could rehab the back and strengthen the muscles so that this wouldn't keep happening, but the exertion illness has kept me from doing that.

Went for a walk around the block around 9 PM, felt good, still can't push it hard or symptoms start up again.
