I'd never give up bagels.

I eat a multigrain bagel with poultry on it and an oatmeal bar before a grueling 90min-2hour cardio session and that bagel makes all the difference :D

Holy shit...2 hours of cardio!??!!? Are you a long distance runner?
 
Those foods are mostly bad for you IMHO. I try to stay away from them the best i can, but sometimes i eat icecream or grilled cheese sammies.
