Best Acoustic Guitar Solo Ever?

Both Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen were asked by interviewers what it was like to be the world's best guitar player. Both of them answered that maybe someone should ask Roy Clark. And rightly so.

Spanish Fly! Here is Zakk Wylde paying homage:

Here is Duane Allman, but not a solo.. solo acoustic guitar:

Finally, same idea but Alex Lifeson:

This same guy does a good Hotel California solo. Bending some of these on an acoustic is brutal.

It’s not particularly hard if you’re set up for it. It looks to me like he’s probably using extra light strings, and those are almost all 1/2 step bends.

I dont play as much as I used to, so bending bending a whole step on my acoustic aint happening. Low action and xtra lights might get me there. The ends of my fingers arent as tough as they once were. I like this dude and his tutorials.

Love me anything by Tuck and Patti but these Hendrix covers hit me in the feels. The tone of that 1953 Gibson L-5 is butter.

Love this John Butler acoustic jam also.

Not so much an actual solo but a great fun 'almost' instrumental.
