When do you typically experience your most satisfying sleep? Is it after:

  1. Exercising or engaging in sports?
  2. Engaging in hard work?
  3. Consuming alcohol?
  4. Using certain drugs?
  5. Taking sleeping pills?
  6. Eating a meal before bed?
  7. Something else entirely
 
Being out in the sun / ocean all day at the beach. Those nights are always the best sleep for me. Being out in the sun most of the day even doing bs stuff usually leads to a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, it's not a daily thing so knowing I have a stretch of days off from work comes in 2nd.

A shower and an edible, and banging one out.

Of course alcohol helps but that's not a healthy sleep.
 
When I'm cool, usually with a fan. That with a good Youtube video usually puts me to sleep.
 
I had muscle relaxer prescription once. Those things made me dead to the world. I would've slept through a burglary and I didn't like the thought of that
