A couple years ago I went to a house party with an mma trainer bud. We walk inside and I headed to the kitchen to get a brew. Noticed a glock on the kitchen table. Love BKFC pacing. If a fight ends in 30 seconds they don't pad time, it's just on to the next fight. UFC is going to be brutal tomorrow in comparison.

There’s more filler now than there used to be. But it’s still usually pretty quick. It’s those first round KOs. On a UFC fight night card that would mean 15 minutes of talk/filler. It’s brutal.
