Valero's arms look gone now, slowing down.

Shab does some nice work to the body but you can guarantee tonight if he is even close to being low on Kov the ref will take points.

Point from Barrera now, referee is point happy.

Should be Barrera by a few after the amount of point deductions. Decent effort from Valera, referee was too inconsistent but there we go.

    Kovalev 7-12 or points @ 2.25

He could get it done early but I'm not sure he takes the risk of starting so aggressive.

I doubt Shab gets the upset but if he starts well he has a chance of lasting the distance. He could wear Kov down with some bodywork but the referees tonight are all over any low looking shots and Kov is the promoted guy here so I think Shab could get points taken if he does hit some shots that look low.

Worth watching Shabs eyes here too. Cuts and reddens over both eyes rather easily.

Shab down twice in round 1. He's tough but Kov could get him out of there soon if he catches him early in round 2.

He's tough and has been up off the canvas before but Kov hits hard and this could end for sure.

Good stoppage, was completely done there, chin couldn't hold up to that power and tried to engage in a firefight early which was never going to end well.

Have to say, I didn't expect it to be Gamboa that won for me tonight but night ends in small loss from boxing and up from UFC, mixed day but it'll do.

Amazing how much power Krusher generates. Some of those punches that knocked Shabranskyy down looked like Sergey barely put anything behind them.
