Boxing Discussion VIII

In comparison to the MMA threads, in here we do not really talk about odds before they open then, at least usually. Not necessarily a thing of prevention, but it just doesn't happen.

Is Betfair legal in US? Bovada is horrible for boxing. I'm not getting half of the bets you guys get and the props dont come out until a few days before the fight at best...

5dimes is out of the question for me as they have caused several fraud charges on my CC.

What books are best for boxing that I can access from the states?
5Dimes is the best for boxing in the U.S. like it or not. You might consider using Bitcoin or Moneygram with 5Dimes and never contemplate using a credit card with any overseas bookie ever again. Other than that, Bookmaker has a pretty good selection of boxing markets including extensive props for the major fights while Sportsbook.com also offers a fair amount of odds for boxing in addition to BetOnline and others who have basic moneyline and over/under markets for the more prominent fights.

Ok thanks. I was loyal to 5dimes for 10 years then the CC incidents happened right after a withdraw dispute with them that just ruined my trust with them forever. I concede that they are better for sure with odds.

terrance crawford rds 7-12 +150

was hoping for +180 but will take this line. the sparring cut on horn does not appear to be serious from his pictures on the internet and the fact that it looks as if he is already doing some sparring in las vegas. i like the rounds play over the ko prop in the event that there is a td involved with horns headbutting clashing with crawfords switch-hitting. i think a corner stoppage prop at +1000 could also be worth a shot

Just smashed Ted Cheeseman TKO line for tomorrow night, from 1.83 into 1.66 immediately. (Bet365)

Also on under 8.5 in the Bellotti fight too. (1.72)

Bellotti 1-6 (2.20 Betfair)

Got my eye on a line I like in the Okolie fight too.

You're the king of underdogs, bro. What do you think about Perez +333 against Dadashev? Dadashev is very solid and vicious puncher but still untested against good competition... And Perez is coming after quite a rough streak.

Any info on Cheese's opponent? He's unbeaten albeit faced terrible opposition and Cheese has gone distance recently with likes of Tony Dixon.

Cheeseman is an arm puncher and this is a 10 rounder with a lot of pride at stake. I'm not sold on him knocking Upton out at all. Especially at the current price

i doubt dadashev loses on a top rank card. nobody cares if perez gets robbed including darleys,. hes also moving up in weight, i might play the under but it will probably be 8.5 at -150, probably try to find something else this weekend like diego de la hoya dec at even money

Already on that cause I missed the good cheese odds
Putting something in a parlay doesnt magically make bad odds back to being "good". Just a heads-up incase you're new to betting.

I think Dadashev gets him out of there, Perez looks to be on the decline, I see him retiring in between rounds or stopped against the ropes.

Weigh in pics.

Size advantages for Cheeseman and Okolie. Doyle taller than Bellotti but Bellotti a lot more built, I expect him to try punish that long body of Doyle.

Lol I been betting a long time and what I do yields a great profit so thanks but I know what I’m doing. Couldn’t take cheeseman KO straight at these odds so double double up with something I like at lower stake

im guessing thats going to be -200 or 250. perez bascially quit against campbell unlesss you believe his injured hand story but dadashev hasnt kod anyone on perezs level and the columbian couldve been drained at the weight. if darleys wants to go 10 he probably could but since hes already been stopped he doesnt really have any incentive to protect that aspect of his record. i might take a chance on perez and play the over 8.5 if i can get that at +200 or 250, the under will be too juiced
