Unless he's on gym candy, he would have almost zero chance at winning that fight.
5 years ago, he could have made that a fight if he could have avoided getting clipped, but he's just at that age where no matter how good of shape or skilled you are, you just can't take a punch whatsoever anymore, and more importantly, you don't have the reflexes to avoid them. There's no way he's going more than 2 minutes with Lewis and not getting wobbled. It wouldn't take anything more than a glancing shot or even a blocked shot that landed flush with power.
His grappling is still probably good enough to give Lewis problems, but past prime Fedor likes to throw hands more than he likes to win.
