Sorry bro but no. There are a couple of cities in there up in that ranking that I happen to know personally and they are not dangerous. Like Grenoble or Bordeaux. Violent crimes are not prevalent there. Maybe cars broken in, pissed in stairways or graffiti but nothing really bad.
