I started lifting seriously in February this year, working through SS until I stopped making gains over the last couple of months. After reading through various intermediate routines in the FAQ I decided to take a run at a Hepburn-style program.

1RMs as of testing about a month ago (weights in kilos)
Squat - 115
Deadlift - 110
Bench - 75
Press - 52.5

Goals:
- double bodyweight squat
- bodyweight press
- get bench and deadlift at least into class IV level (90kg bench, 135kg dl)
- improve conditioning for a return to bjj classes once i get my credit card debt under control around the end of the year

Was planning on posting today's numbers here but my gym idiot moment for today was forgetting to pack a t-shirt this morning. Rode to the gym after work and realised I could either squat in my work shirt or come back tomorrow; opted for the latter.
