I'll state my reasons:

Roy Jones Jr -fastest hands, ... why not have them

Jab: Larry Holmes has the snappiest and hardest jab combined of any boxer.

Right hand: Although not as clinical as Wladimir Klitchkos, Tysons shoulder snap and torque is superior for power generation. Klitchko would punch harder if his body was able to do it like Mike. Mikes didn't land as much because he's much shorter. Tyson said it's his favorite punch.

Uppercut: Again due to the fantastic torque he generates.

Chin: Foreman had a fantastic chin for HWs

Hook. Liston lifted people off of his left hook and there's hardly a harder hook out there. It is also very sound technically.
