Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series- Season 2

Nice, Dana took all four winners except for Mayes.

Keeping it small, but seems like an event a few big dogs will hit.

.5u Gross +325
.5u Mayes +325
.25u Teed +345

Gross is decently well rounded, has some pop in his hands and is aggressive. Should also be the larger guy.
Mayes/Sipe seems like the definition of a toss-up, not sure why odds are so wide.
Teed/Juan is essentially a bet on a big underdog between two green HW's. Teed wants to work his BJJ and Juan will no doubt bring this to the mat. Either one can probably land a KO on the feet since they both suck there.

Small Profit for the night and have 2.5u of open parlays with Ian, so decent night overall.

I think odds on this will be lopsided for 4 of the 5 fights.

honestly might fade Hardy and Kennedy

Kennedy is so much worse than he looks. I tried to fade him hard the first fight, but Berzin has the gas tank of a Hummer on a cross country trip, and even then it was still close. Kennedy just beats cans and not as convincingly as he should. Only worried that his opponent here is a relatively inactive Alaskan dude.

Lowry-Smith is very interesting though. Look forward to studying them hard

no tape avaliable on Lowry sadly other then some really old fights.. wish fightpass had CFFC events as alot of the contender fighters seems to come from that org

Too bad. CFFC champion with good-looking stats. Not just beating cans either. But I really like what I see from Smith. Might just have to go with the dog

interview with Coughran:
https://mma-today.com/contender-ser...e-innate-fighting-spirit-of-mentor-matt-grice

wonder if Coughran is 100%

"Coughran was recovering from a broken neck when he received the call to be on the UFC’s original series. The decision to accept the offer took all of 0.1 seconds."

“Right when I started getting healthy, that’s when the call caught me off guard,” recalled the Oklahoman. “Without hesitation, without knowing my opponent, I just said yes.”

hmm Coughran +240 seems kinda high if he is near 100%.. they are very similar fighters i think Coughran is stronger though and can dictate where the fight takes place

Hardy at -595 already

Lol

I didn’t wanna pay -280 and people are smashing

Hardy+Moffet+Nzechukwu looks good with the opening odds but not at the current price.
