Greyskull Week 5/Modified Day 3
**I got a vein treatment on my left leg on Thursday, so need to take a couple days off from training legs, so I did Day 3 as an upper body only for this week**

**This was supposed to be the first of two working sets, but the machine started making this weird grinding sound and I don't know if the belt thing was going to break or what, so I ran away**

I don't know if this is what these are called. It was a small functional trainer and I dropped the handles down the floor, stepped out a step or two to get tension and then did curls, holding a handle in each hand. This felt heavier than I expected, because these things are usually 2:1 or even 4:1.
Got about 13K steps today.
Started feeling lousy on Wednesday. Just a really bad cold/congestion, but I've been exhausted and dripping snot. Today I felt mostly human and good enough to get this quick session in. Still not 100%. Not sure if I'll try BJJ tomorrow or just take a rest day. I'll see how I feel in the morning. Leg should be good to go to squat Monday and get right back into Greyskull.
