Heading to Reno tomorrow for Reno Worlds on Friday and Saturday. My son is turning 17 on Wednesday so we are going early to have some fun. Can't believe he's going to be 17 already! Feels like this wasn't even that long ago:

He's feeling good. He's always in a lot better mood when he isn't cutting. He's around 182 right now, he'll be wrestling at 184 for Reno Worlds. He's really motivated, he's been lifting and practicing since masters. Top 8 will get high school All American status. I know he wants that and to bounce back from a disappointing masters performance.

Quick little hotel gym machine workout. Got a nice pump. Don't remember the weights I used but that doesn't really matter. Some of these machines are really good at hitting the muscles. If I was rich I'd definitely have some select machines. I'm lacking in some good ol hypertrophy training.
