Drilled open guard passing - smash pass, push through (don't know the right name). Drilled over/under pass when they get the DLR hook in. Then knee bar from over/under position.

Conditioning - BJJ
Killer Tuesday

Shark Tanks, starting from standing three rounds of A, B, C for 5 minutes. Meaning, A, B, and C all go, then another round. So everyone was shark tanked for 15 minutes.

Then one live 5 minute roll.

Saw Jeebus tonight. My group was two 265-pound monsters. I stopped eating so much cake specifically to run away from them!

Lifting note: I felt like ass when I got home last night after being stuck at work late, so I took the night off. I'll do Day 1 on Wednesday and Day 2 on Friday, then decide whether to shift to a Wednesday, Friday, Sunday routine for a while, or just blast some arms over the weekend and then get back to MWF. Lifting on Sunday benefit is that Monday is my pain in the ass long day at the office. But a con is that I try to go to BJJ on Sunday mornings, and it's a double length class.
