Where is the threat in that statement?
I will also add that the other issue is influencing the jury. The judge's stated reasoning for the gag order is concern about MAGA-nauts taking what Trump says and using it as an excuse to engage in violence against these people, the judge in particular. It's not like it's never happened. His followers have been sending death threats to people he attacks verbally and worse.
In other words, it doesn't have to be a direct threat--it's sufficient that it's incendiary in the hands of MAGA-nauts.
Saying, “the judge’s daughter once worked for Kamala Harris” is one thing (assuming that is in fact true). Calling the judge crooked and conflicted is baseless slander, and claiming all legal experts agree there is no case is just straight up false. You risk tainting the jury pool if they’re led to believe that the judge is crooked, and “all legal experts agree” there’s no case—which of course, is one of Trump’s goals.
