If Ivanka and Jared did not make billions peddling influence while they were government employees I would almost feel sorry for Ivanka.

I just pointed out how ignorant and potentially dangerous that sentiment is when you're dealing with millions of cultists that hang on his every word.

That's one of the reasons for the gag order, though, it doesn't matter what does or doesn't scare you. Jurors and witnesses have the right to participate in the trial without feeling threatened. If he fails to comply after being repeatedly fined, it needs to be enforced by other means. The judge can't just say "whelp, he's still threatening people, but at least we're funding a rec center somewhere". Obviously, if you're busy hanging from Trump's nutsack you might not realize this.

I asked to an opinion. You already don’t care if poor people get locked up for attempts at witness tampering and putting the lives of various court entities in danger while rich people buy their way out of trouble, so I ask again:

What other crimes do you think poor people should be locked up over and rich people should pay a fine for instead?

Donald Trump’s attorneys spent all morning viciously attacking Stormy Daniels on cross examination, and failing to get anywhere. Daniels more than held her ground. Not only was it a bad move for Trump’s attorneys in terms of the trial, it was also quite embarrassing for Trump.

At one point Trump’s defense attorneys asked Stormy Daniels about a tweet in which she vowed to flush the “orange turd.” Trump’s attorneys pushed her to confirm that the “orange turd” she was referring to was indeed Trump. This was part of an attempt at demonstrating that Daniels has been making money off her assertion that she had sexual relations with Trump.

But all this did was to introduce the term “orange turd” into the trial, and thus into the public lexicon. This was a years old tweet from Daniels that no one even remembered. But now “orange turd” is trending on Twitter right now, because of how much attention this is getting today. It ensures that political activists will continue to refer to Trump as “orange turd” for quite awhile.


orange turd has now been entered into the court record. dont know if it's going to matter because when you say "orange turd" everybody in the world already knows who you're talking about. everybody except for the orange turd's all star lawyers i guess.
