i sautee spinach and add chunky cut tomato at the end. minced garlic and a splash of apple cider vinegar. excellent with any meat

Sautéed Mushrooms onion garlic and spinach. That’s a yummy combo.

Add fresh parsley to the mix and that’s my go to. Or add 3 eggs for an omelette

There are quite a few. Cabbage and leek, roasted eggplant and roasted red pepper, asparagus and potatoes, tomato and basil.

These are all just two veg combos, I realize. Hard to think of veg combos that don't necessarily involve spices and other non veg ingredients, like dairy products. But once you've opened that door, then you're just talking salads

Pretty simple question. What is your vegetable combo GOAT?

Obviously certain veggies go better with certain mains, but most of us have some sort of go-to. Mine is the old peas and corn. Can even mix the two, like I do, and they compliment each other spectacularly.

Shout out to brussel sprouts and asparagus too, though gas comes into the chat then.

Yeah peas and corn I'd go as a combo, my staple is broccoli though. I eat a bowl every night before dinner, then have the fun stuff!

Yeah, broccoli is on my Mount Vegmore too. Actually, besides kale, I love every green vegetable I can think of. Always a good time.
