PEDs doesn't necessarily mean steroids. Never pissing hot doesn't equate to "clean". The Russians had outrageously elaborate systems in place to provide PEDs to athletes. Don't be naive. Almost 100% of athletes at the top of any sport are on, or have been on, some type of performance enhancing supplement/regimen. It's essentially mandatory. The human body can't take that type of punishment or wear and tear without help. Extreme standouts that seem "inhuman" seem that way for a reason, boys. It's not some magical super power or some special DNA that's exclusive to their bloodline/genetics. The thing is.....most people in the MMA world know, understand, and accept this fact, while others try to use it as a weapon against fighters who threaten their favorites' status in all-time rankings. It's ridiculous. Those who know, know. We also know that PEDs don't magically make you win or make you better. They allow you to train more, heal faster, and they help prevent injuries. You still have to put in the hard work, dedication, and commitment. Anybody can take mega doses of all the best PEDs and steroids in the world, combined, but if they sit around and don't do shit, they're not winning shit. They don't magically make you a better fighter or athlete. PEDs (any kind) typically have better results on those who are already standout or gifted athletes, of course, but they're not some magically X-Men instant macho mutation pill or injection that'll help you beat up top athletes that are also taking whatever the fuck they can get away with taking. Hendo was known to use TRT later in his career. Is that even a question? Fedor (as a chubby and undersized HW) ruled over the HW division for close to a decade, mainly in a Japanese organization that was known to encourage PED use, and his decline started when he started consistently fighting top competition in American orgs that had testing. As an undersized chubby HW, he obliterated most of his competition using superior strength, speed, and reflexes. They're all on some shit, bro.

You have to agree that TRT is a huge advantage.
Hendo declined tremendously after he stopped using it.

Most clean athletes decline after 30.
Especially speed and reflexes decline first.
Fedor had 33 fights in MMA, and numerous Combat Sambo, Sambo and Judo matches.

Fedor did well in US, he declined after taking a beating from known PED cheaters Werdum, Bigfoot and TRT Hendo.

Fedor was fed up. How easily he dropped trt-Hendo when being that far away from his prime. Hendo got lucky and Fedor would have probably won that fight when Hendo woke him up after that flash KO, seriously. Fedor went headhunting mode after his 10 years domination in HW and gave Hendo his biggest win of his lifetime.

Just give credit to the man. Fedor were fearless and the most entertaining and skilled HW all time. Your favourite fighters will agree to this and you should aswell.
