Just finished taping this card and found some decent spots

Austin Jones -125: Ivy is a very limited fighter who is almost got a 500 record and may even be slowing down even more with age. While Austin jones ain’t a world beater he’s decently well rounded, is durable with good cardio. This may be one of the best spots of the week at the current price against flakey Ivy.

Raymond Cardenas -150: another decent spot. Cardenas is coming off a win over macedo where he showed decent skills but nothing really special but this is more a fade on his opponent. Whitehead seems chinny and not really well rounded. I see Cardenas bossing this fight really

Zack Borrego -170: again this is mostly a fade on his opponent but I feel quite confident in this play aswell. Yes I know Borrego got man handled in under a minute by Bo Nickal but that’s probably gonna be a regular occurrence in the ufc from now on but really I don’t think he is that bad. His opponent is slightly inactive, lost to a content creator and possibly chinny. No conviction here but may lay 2 units at this current price on Borrego

Thiago Macedo +340: This is a weird one to me as John Yannis seems decent and probably should be favourite but this line is out of whack. Macedo is a very decent jiu jitsu opperator who didn’t even have that bad of a performance in his debut. I really don’t have a lot to say on this fight but there isn’t a lot of tape on Yannis grappling and this seems like fury trying to give Macedo a decently winnable fight

Eddie Fraire 2.2 - KO artist, opponent is dropping down to 125 for the first time and has looked chinny before.

Zach Borrego/Gianni Vazquez - 4.4

Kody Steele looks solid. Age diff is quite large too, should have way more training experience. Nice grappling experience as well.

Nah. Taped this and Macedo is underdog for a reason. In his debut he had the guy in deep triangle and couldn't finish him. Plus got fight to the ground at least three times in total and couldn't do shit. He supposedly is Pan American champ but idk he looks fraudulent to me. Sloppy and stiff on the feet too.

Kody Steele gets it done. Landed all the damage which was the deciding factor. Commentators pointed out as well that just control without damage had not been rewarded by the judges. Small unit bets. But nice to hit 2/2 as I never really bet regional MMA, but this has been a big goal of mine to really get into. Next bet coming up is for Bellator with these big favs.
