I would agree, but if she can show that the rules are applied differently to women than they are to men (as the lawsuit claims), than she could have a discrimination case.

She was good in Haywire, though granted she didn't have to do much acting in that. At the time I thought she might actually have a future in the movies. She was still crazy hot, and her fighting background gave her added legitimacy in action roles. Now she's just crazy fat.
