Holy hell caffeine withdrawals are brutal

Why not just ween yourself off of it slowly? Reduce your intake to about 75% and then 50% also do you drink black cause maybe a lot of sugar is putting you out too.
 
I get pain in my lower back when I quit caffeine, google suggests it’s probably liver detox related but man is it weird

2 coffees a day these days and stop before lunch time, been meaning to stop completely for years
Ya I am down to one coffee per day now on average. Unless it's a day off then I will do multiple but I probably shouldn't.
