5 min row warm up. Felt quite strong. Covered 1.420k in that time so average about 1 min 46.5 per 500

Again felt strong so instead of just doing 3's @185, gave it a bit more of a go. Expected to only get 3 @ 190 but still felt strong after the first 3, so decided to try further. Didn't feel fragged, however ended up pulling 3, reset and then 1 for the 4th and re racked while still up.
