I agree 100%! $10.33 for a combo, Double single. Fries and coke. Can’t beat price or quality. Pro-protein/burger, lettuce, tomato. Con-fries, soda, cheese.
Onion rings > any fast food fries.Out of the major chains only Mcdonalds are decent if they're fresh. Wendy's doesn't know what salt is. Jack in the box only has good curly fries which they want like $20 for. Everything at Burger King is terrible.
Fast food only, it's McDonald's, Jack in the box Curly Fries and then Carl's Jr/Hardee's Waffle fries.Racking my brain for a place that even has good fries. Five guys aren't good either. Stake N shakes are kinda alright but they're expensive AF.
The fries are freshly diced in the kitchen. They are superior to the frozen ones.
Superior at what? They arguably have the worst tasting fries in all of fast food.
I agreeTaste, texture, and freshness.
I'll take freshly cut fries over stale, frozen ones from a bag.
they have no taste and texture is low grade mushTaste, texture, and freshness.

For me it's the taste/price combo. To get something slightly better I'd have to go somewhere 50% more expensive. They’re decent. But I don’t think they’re as good as everyone pretends they are.
I think the real reason they got hyped is because they started off in LA (Baldwin Park is close enough), and everyone wanted to like something that was considered cool in LA because it made them feel like part of the in crowd.
