On the other hand, hate speech is constitutionally protected.

But I am wondering: do you think Rogan's speech qualifies as hate speech?

Also, do you think such speech has incited violence, thus stripping it of constitutional protection? If so, is this in part due to, or entirely because of, Rogan's race and independent of context?
