Great headkick but why even have a back of the head rule in MMA.

Great stoppage though as it was done.

Worse I EVER felt is getting clipped in the back of the head. It started when I got sucker punched and pummeled into concrete and everytime I get clipped in the back of the head, I get the same throbbing headache. I once needed advil just from a regular workout where an instructor kept making us sprall and roll (at his random calls) on a hard surface. Meaning I’ve never quite been the same from that pummeling (and I’m an adrenaline junkie and fit). All from the back of my head getting smashed into a hard surface.

Protect the back of heads as much as possible in ALL Sports.
