I’ve become the biggest Pereiria stan in these parts lately, but Izzy deserves more respect. He ran the gauntlet at MW and almost cleaned his division out. I also think he’s better than Strickland, but burnout and lack of motivation resulted in a poor performance. I do believe Alex would win the rubber match, but this still wouldn’t negate that Izzy had a far more accomplished run at MW. Sometime the better fighter doesn’t always have the better career.
