The problem with that is if he paces himself he's no longer a 1st round monster and might not be as successful. He's been a frontrunner his whole career that fights like a sprinter and might not be able to get the finish if he slows down.

Agree and disagree.

I agree that he doesn't have bad cardio and it's incredible the amount of people think he has. He goes ball to the walls and nobody can exert that type of energy without slowing down. (also in the Burns fight where everyone says he gassed to shit his output was the highest in the entire fight in the 3rd round)

I disagree with that if he paces himself he will be very hard to beat. The reason for why he is such a handful to deal with is because he puts on insane amounts of pressure on people and that's how he becomes so dangerous. He doesn't have the striking to just have a normal striking affair in the open or anything like that. Take away his pace and you take away a big part of his game and he'll be less successful.
