I think the red splotchiness of his skin is semi common after surgeries but his looks bad. I had something similar when I had an elbow surgery but it wasn't nearly as bad and contained to the elbow/arm area the doc said it was most likely from surgical glue or antibotics they used to prevent infection. It cleared up in a couple days ...I don't know what's up with his eye though that's like some patient zero shit
