Definitely getting a lever gun for my next ppurchase, just have to decide what. Been going down the YT rabbit hole this week. Also planning to purchase a Henry Golden Boy for my mother’s 60th Bday next month.

Yep. I've seen a couple of Youtube videos about that. What concerns me is there are two styles of magazines used in the BLR 308. Pre-1981 and ones after. The Pre-1981 magazines are identified by the magazine being rounded on the bottom and not interchangeable with Post-81 magazines that I am aware of. That new 10rd magazine is designed for the Post-81 BLR (Lightweight) 308.

Pre-81 - Minimum $250 per magazine

Post-81 - Minimum $65

New Lucky 13 10rd magazine

Dad has a .22 Marlin and a Winchester Model 90 in 30-30.

Buddy has a Marlin 45-70. 45-70 is so fun to shoot. But expensive.

Not a big fan of having to take off the handguard to remove the suppressor.
