Squat
95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5, 275x5, 285x5, 245x5x3
Done. A lot of warming up since my adductors are still acting up. Also decided to adjust load based on the amount of pain. Eccentrics were more controlled than usual. I can tell my energy feeling zapped much faster than usual working out this early, but it's doable. back offs felt too light, probably should have gone heavier. Was going to deadlift, but plan to just bench and pull tomorrow morning. May do partial OHP later though.
