Done in 21 minutes from warming up with the bar until a burn out on pushdowns. Got a nice little cardio bench, lol. East weight for more volume then usual as of recently.

Another quick workout to finish up more bench volume. Motivation to train is super low right now, especially with other projects I'm working on at home. I'm working a shortened schedule this next 2 weeks so I will actually have a good amount of time to workout early morning since I don't have to go in until 11 am and the 2 year old is in daycare. The question is if I plan to use up that time lifting. I may have to suck it up and train from 6:30 am to 8 am that way I have time to get other things done and hang out with my 4 year old.

Kind of a continuation. Wanted to squat, but there's no way I can get through squats that quick, especially with my adductor acting up so I decided to get some extra bench volume in. Right now I kind of fell off track since I haven't had much time to train, I've been exhuasted with all the lack of sleep and kids draining me and my motivation is on the low side. I may actually squat and pull tonight if I can get my 2 year old to go to sleep early enough, lol...If not then I will try to get in a early morning workout.
 
Wedensday - 5/6/20 - Home Gym - 6:30 am

Done. A lot of warming up since my adductors are still acting up. Also decided to adjust load based on the amount of pain. Eccentrics were more controlled than usual. I can tell my energy feeling zapped much faster than usual working out this early, but it's doable. back offs felt too light, probably should have gone heavier. Was going to deadlift, but plan to just bench and pull tomorrow morning. May do partial OHP later though.

Done. Forgot I needed to deadlift, lol. May get it done later this afternoon or tonight since I unexpectedly have the entire day off today, but working all day tomorrow. Weight was almost 162 today and 161 yesterday. Seems like my weight has been averaging more than usual so I'm guessing a little weight gain. Hopefully some strength will come along with the slight gain. Was getting stuff done around the house inbetween sets so some rest periods were longer then usual.

Felt horrible. Misgrooved on 165, got it on the second, but based on that there was no way 185 would have moved so I just called it quits. Had less than 4 hours of sleep the night before and had to work for a couple hours in the morning. It was fun incorporating these in on a semi consistent basis.

Done. Left adductor still bugging hard. First set of 225 my 2 year old came right under the rack. 245 moved easy at least, but should have went heavier.

Done. Haven't done that much volume on a single bench exercise since prior to doing BBM PL1 program. Left shoulder felt 95%. I'm thinking about dropping bench down to 2x per week for this block but keep the total volume near or as much as I would be doing benching 3x per week. Also allowing myself one continuation back to back benching once a week as needed if I can't fit it all into one session.

Done. Was exhausted with very little sleep the night before. Wasn't even going to train, but had to finish a project in the garage so decided to lift a little and get my shit done. Really focused on positioning and cues. Easy weight, but better then nothing.

May finish up some rows and arms tonight if I have time. Still plan on benching only 2x per week, but need to get my volume figured out. Ideally a main lift and 1-2 bench variations on each day

Done. Even after a lot of warm ups still lots of pain with the left adductor so just doing what I can. Almost stopped after 245, but just told myself 1 more set and see how it feels so I'm glad I was able to get a decent squat session in. It was getting pretty late so couldn't finish up anything else. Tomorrow is another day.

Done. Shoulder feels 95%. 275 moved faster then it has in a while, although loss steam after the first back off set. Will be dropping down to 4s next week and just keep 1 top set of 2s. I'm hoping this is a good sign of gains to come.

Done. Was almost going to fit in some squats, but during warmups I noticed myself favoring my right leg to avoid left adductor pain so I decided to just stop before something bad could potentially happen. Will try to get in squats tomorrow and allow more time to warm up. Bench felt pretty good though especially hitting that triple with 275 for long pauses with some room to spare. So far shoulder feels good. Only thing that has been bugging lately on bench is my right wrist will start to feel weak (like it wants to buckle) early or mid set on occasion. Definitely slows me down. Hoping it's nothing.
