Zercher Deadlift + 3 kicks per side, last leaping
115x8 - spinning back
141.25x8 - high round
170x8 - side
115x10 - mid round
141.25x10 - front push
170x5 - low round
Well, better than last week's squats, but not back up to where I came down from… but I gotta restart somewhere… Still have the mass but need to get everything remembering how to fire and that it can keep firing.
