Who's fasting here?

What's your plan in Ramadan? in terms of training and diet

And if you're not doing, have you ever tried fasting? GSP posted that he's doing a 7 day fasting. Now it seems too much for me but I for one love fasting



I'll be fasting from 4 AM to 6:50 PM, so here's my diet plan

Meal 1:

(BCAA + EAA+ 10g Glutamine + 1 Scoop Green Powder)

200g Meat or chicken

250g rice

Salad + 10g olive oil





Meal 2 (Pre-workout)

200g Chicken

300g potato



(After Training) 1 banana + (BCAA + EAA+ Whey Protein)





Meal 3 (Post-workout)

200g chicken or tuna

400g Sweet Potato





Meal 4 (before fasting)

5 eggs + 50g beans

85g Oats with honey +1 fruit+ nuts
 
The problem with Ramadan is that the timing runs contrary to circadian rhythm. The body is less insulin sensitive at night and meals have a more negative impact. Maybe a way to circumvent that is to do OMAD, with the meal being in the early morning.
