Resolved My Avatar is frozen

My T-1000 Av gif is frozen. It had been working fine for years and then all of a sudden froze in place. Any idea how to unfreeze it and make it work again? I noticed it a couple weeks ago and gave it some time to see if he'd start wagging his finger again, but it's remained on the fritz.

I believe it's been messed up since the site switched to the new version.

I believe it's been messed up since the site switched to the new version.

If open the image, I can see it moving fine. The users that had this issue solved it by re-uploading their AVs.

In case you don't have it saved any more, I've uploaded it in this post. Save this, re-upload it and you shouldn't have issues after that.
