Had a cold and took some time off and feel a lot better. I also got a new heavybag stand, hit the bag a few times when sick but only for a a single 5-10 minute round at a time.

First day back on the barbell. Gonna take it easy and build myself up.
Overhead Press

Accessory/Assistance/Shoulder Rehab
45 degree back extensions x 10
Medicine ball pushups x 10
Dumbell reverse flies 5lbs x 15
Side laying external shoulder rotations with 5lb dumbell x 15
Well my current goal is to put on 20+ pounds and get my strength up. After I get to a certain level or strength, I want to get back on the training wagon.
Yeah been eating a a lot. Lots of grilled chicken and beef. Its tough, I like to eat a lot of smaller meals and have been forcing myself to get more down.
I would like to hit
1.5x Bench
2x Squat.
2x Deadlift
1x Overhead press.
