Def guys if you havent tryed this app for your phone or tryed there website out , its great for loosing weight , you can even scan your barcodes on your foods to add to ur daily meal plan .

I went from 228 to 206 in a matter of months .
 
Anyone who cuts weight at my gym uses it. It's really great. Seeing how many calories you have left really discourages you from mindless munching.

The rule of thumb for us is to round up estimated calories and low ball workouts. We cut 25% off our workouts because 1,200+ calories for 90 minutes of kickboxing was deemed excessive. For example, if I train for 60 minutes, I'd log it as 45 minutes of martial arts.
