What is a "Chris Paul" to do it to someone?
He was suspended for this. He’s done it at least three times in the NBA, as well as other cheap shots

I haven’t heard the DJ story. Share?
I’m not really impressed w charity work from athletes. Tbh they prob save themselves a lot of money in tax write offs and is probably the sole reason why they do it in the first place.Basically the word was that on the Clippers Paul would constantly berate DJ in practice (and sometimes in games). Not like "I'm the team leader and just trying to make us better", but would just flat out humiliate him and make him feel like shit, sometimes for no reason. Doc wouldn't shut it down, nobody would because Paul was the alpha on the team. Then DJ originally agreed to sign with the Mavs (rumor was that it was in part to get away from Paul) and Paul (and I think he brought Blake over too) invited DJ to his house and somehow convinced DJ to back out of signing with the Mavs and to resign with the Clips. Basically it sounds like it was an abusive domestic relationship LOL.
Weird thing is, you hear other stuff saying that Paul is a really good guy, is really into his charity work, etc. So it's kinda hard to know exactly what to think of him. I guess he could be basically a decent guy but with a nasty streak that can make him a petty a-hole at times? IDK, but the stuff with DJ just seemed like it had to be at least partly legit. And that's pretty weak to do to a teammate.

That hamstring doeYeah I should have clarified. I've heard he actually spends a lot of time with the charity work. I agree when it comes to dollars usually. Tax advantages, not to mention I just don't think it's that huge an accomplishment that your foundation raised $500k for cancer when you make $20m/year. But if guys are actually spending a lot of TIME doing it, that's different. No matter how much $ you have, you can't buy more time. It's WAY more valuable to these guys than money is.

It's been said but I'll reiterate again for those not-in-the-know. Sharpest NBA handicapper on Sherdog with the highest profits on recorded free picks. Do a search if you think otherwise cause I'm up biiiiiig.
Don't give my leans anymore but Memorial Day long weekend changed my mind and I'm not as depressed today.
Lebron James U 35.5 Points -105 10 Units
Celtics ML +280 15 Units
Take these picks to the bank.

They have zero chance without him close to full strength. None.

i saw value in cavs +1400 to win the nba because of pauls injury.
if the rockets somehow win game seven at home with gordon and kapella having career nights the rockets will be around a -200 against cleveland if paul is still injured should they get past the celtics

Meh, only 25% of someone's BR gone if they took this advice LOL.
Those bets definitely didn't make sense when it was a home game for the Cavs and a close out game like Monster Meat mentioned.
That’s a little heavy imo. Seeing as this is nearly a 13 point spread, it’s not hard to see the Warriors absolutely destroying the CP3-less Rockets tonight. If that were to happen, I wonder how short of a leash Harden, Gordon, and Capela have. I don’t think they’re gonna keep trying if they’re down around 15 points in the third quarterEric Gordon pts+reb+assists o27.5. He's gonna play a ton of minutes with Paul out tonight. He will be the clear 2nd option offensively behind Harden so he's gonna take a lot of shots. He will most likely back his way into more assists and rebounds than normal just based on the extra time on the floor and how much he will have the ball. He can cover this potentially even if he has a sub-par shooting night and the Warriors blow them out (which they most likely will).

GL man. I made 30 prop bets this season and my overall record was 13-15-2. Out of those 17 that didn't cash, 8 of them were due to the player not meeting his season MPG (5 min below season MPG was my criteria) in playing time (foul trouble, game being a blow out, injury, etc etc). Point im trying to make is: I've lost my fair share of prop bets because of situations like this and I'd actually pass on a bet because of a high spread like this and the variance that comes with it. I also think the "under" in prop bets have inherent value because of this, along with the line maybe being a little shaded because the books know CP3 is out. Obv doesn't mean you're gonna lose or anything, just my two cents.I think Dantonio could possibly take Harden out but I don't see him pulling Gordon until 5-6 minutes left in the game at the earliest, regardless of the score. I think Gordon plays 33 minutes or so bare minimum. And if its somehow less, he may still cover just based on the pure volume of shots I expect him to take. My NBA unit size is smaller than MMA too for what it's worth.
