It was around the time that Jurassic Powers, Hell Raisers, Tony Halme, Pegasus Kid were around, so early to mid nineties. Eurosport was must see tv back then. They also broadcast boxing, Muy Thai, Sumo wrestling. I don't think they do any combat sports these days.

I had no idea, the WWF stuff was before that, I think they stopped showing that in 89 or 90... I always thought that was some ruling that they were not allowed to show anything that isn't a sport since both WWF and Fun Factory - which was 4 hours of cartoons on the weekends - dissappeared at the same time.

I've seen kickboxing on Eurosport, last time was in 2009... have no idea what they air these days, don't even know if I have the channel or not.

We take a look back at the early days of HULKAMANIA in the WWF as our hero battles Brutus Beefcake, Don Muraco, and the Iron Sheik
- Vince McMahon actually manages to make Hogan's title run seem less impressive while trying to put him over
- Hogan works in a comedy spot fit for the 3 Stooges while in the middle of a bloodbath with the Sheik

Since the Hogan video was short I decided to check out some Harley Race material the Network released upon his recent passing:
- Andre the Giant, at the peak of his run as a monster heel, plots with a man cosplaying as a King along with a French artist to plunder the body of Napoleon from his tomb.
- Something much different comes next as we see the build to NWA champ Harley Race fighting WWWF champ Superstar Billy Graham
- Gordon Solie indulges in his vices in front of the world at a press conference
- The warriors cut a face to face promo, with Race putting over his rugged, bad ass attitude, while Graham hypes up his body. Race's response to that is priceless.
- 10 minutes of the bloody, war of attrition is then shown.

SMACK'EM WHACK'EM

- Lord Al hosts with the Bushwackers. This ends in his Lordship's untimely death. Uh, Spoiler alert.
- The Hitman and HBK have an excellent ladder match
- Bret Hart facing Ric Flair proves to be a letdown as two of the best ever cannot gel in the ring.
- KAMALA works a much different, but somehow better match with Hart. Yeah, probably not a popular opinion.
- We spend 10 minutes watching Yokozuna eat. That is not a metaphor.
- Crush and the Berzerker fulfil our daily requirement of HOSS.
- Earthquake and the Repo Man have a pointless, terrible little match.
- The Undertaker does his best zombie monster act as he battles Razor Ramon in a rare encounter between the two stars.

THE ULTIMATE WAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRIOOOR! (1992)

- A look at the Hogan/Warrior classic and how it holds up after nearly 30 years of changes in the biz.

- We then skip ahead to Warrior's return in 1992 as we see him battle Papa Shango in singles and tag team action.
- Shango proves that even in defeat it is always good to dress for success.
- Sadly the tape skips Shango's spells on the Warrior that drew such RECORD BUSINESS.
- We also see Warrior beat up the Nasty Boyz, Skinner and the Berzerker.
- John Nord steals the show with his bumping.
- At least the tape is only an hour. Sigh. (Augh?)
 
I've come to really appreciate old school talent like Wild Fire Tommy Rich, he should have held the NWA title longer than 4 days.

- Monster heels sing the music of their homeland.

- Promoter Eddie Marlin is busted up while trying to get involved in a battle between Jeff Jarrett, Pat Tanaka and Tojo's hired goons.
- We close with a bonus six man match from JCP where the JYD partners with an ex-football player, and a notoriously awful worker to face off with a former world champ, a crippled manager and a resthold loving Oriental assassin! Can it be as bad as it sounds?

- This was an outstandingly fun hour of southern wrasslin' goodness!

- A battle royal ends with a GIANT surprise.
- Mr. Perfect squares off with Ric Flair as a time traveling JR calls the action,
- Macho Man and Bobby Heenan drop insider lingo and possible shoot comments as they argue over Savage and Flair's feud.
