(OPINION) Francis Ngannou owes the UFC and Dana white for his successes.

Without the platform that is the UFC; Francis would never make it

Haha the goofapotomus shills are at desperation levels after Big Frank is drawing bigger than any of the UFCs stars currently.

Lots of crying and copium because his belief in himself proved most wrong.

He holds the highest cards right now.

Can we agree he can be thankful he had the opportunity? Grateful that he was the champion? And being that champion he just made probably $15 million?

If Ngannou never fought in the UFC, I doubt we would have just watched him kick Tyson Fury's ass.

Is this being thankful in general, to the world at large, that he had opportunities in life? And completely different than thinking he owes Dana White and the UFC? It better be, otherwise you're asking him to be thankful for being exploited and having his career jerked around and threatened by the largest MMA org, which is like asking an actress to be thankful they were given an opportunity by Harvey Weinstein.

Terrible decision BTW

Is this the new, "I voted for Obama, but (trump praise)"?

I think Lopez could kinda fuck up that he pushed Ngannou into MMA instead of boxing.

So I owe every grade school teacher a cut of what I make because without them I wouldn't be where I'm at! Now I get it!

If that grade school teacher was unique enough to give you opportunities and chances that no other grade school teacher can even come close to providing… I’d say you owe them at least a thank you.

Okay, who built and created the UFC into what it is today?

No one person. A great number of people contributed and the thing that really saved the UFC, bringing it success in mainstream culture, was TUF... something Dana was adamantly against and had to be overruled by Fertita.

you sound like a socialist or a communist with your ufc exploits fighters talk.

UFC doesn’t exploit anything, these are grown adults entering into contracts through their own free will.

Well yah, of course he wouldn't have got this fight without the UFC. I think that it's pretty simple to understand. Without him being in the UFC his career wouldn't be close to what it is now.

As for owing the UFC and Dana? He doesn't owe them anything. He fought for them and put on big fights, he made the UFC money and added to their brand and popularity. And the UFC paid him and promoted him for his services. That's the contract, as soon as that contract was up and done, no one owes anyone anything. The both benefited from their deal.

Still thankful even though they ARE exploitive aholes.
My last job was meh. Killed myself for 8 yrs. They sucked. Sent my wife through NP school and that's 8 yrs off a 15 yr mortgage. I'm still grateful.

Um, terrible decision in terms of the Fury scorecards.

Funny thing is, compared to Biden, Obama is a dream come true.
(but I'm a maga maggot fer sure)

both hepled each other francis wouldnt be has big as he is without the ufc but the ufc still undervalued and exploited him like almost everyfighter in their roster

lol way to redefine exploitation to mean slavery. Have you considered learning anything about the things you have opinions on?

I'm sorry you have such low self-respect and/or so few means of survival. If it's a case of the latter, that's not right.

I dont think you understand what slavery is. Slavery involves the rape, killing, uncompensated labor and ownership of all aspects of an individual.

Even if the UFC forced people into 80 year contracts with 1k per fight, it wouldn’t even come close to slavery.

1. Take a deep breath.

2. Stop being stupid.

3. Go learn about all these words you're throwing around.

4. Really stop being stupid.

Wut.
Family over loving your job.
Yea, it hasn't been an easy road.
But I walk it with my head held high with the Lord as my Shepherd.

You are the one throwing around the word slavery to mean being signed to long-term contracts where the pay is low.

That is nowhere in the same universe or reality as slavery.

Tell me, what is slavery?
