Carlos Condit was a strong finisher. Up until the Nick Diaz title fight he had only won one decision, the rest were finishes. Finished his career with 28 finishes in 32 wins so still an 88% finish rate.

Edit, I just realized we're talking about KO's or TKO's so my point is irrelevant... other than enjoying what a beast Condit was.
