What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done to an unruly customer’s plate of food?

Nothing. Ever.
Im a bit “it you complain im going to make your second plate perfect” guy. If you don’t like it after that then im done with you, literally wont make your food again. Never had that happen tho *tosses imaginary hair*

In my years as a grill guy before i became a Chef chef, I only had one refire on a steak and it was just am “meh whatever”.

Idk about other states but the whole “people messing with your food” stuff just doesnt happen out here. You can get your grading demoted to a D and possibly prosecuted if you ever thought of something like that. Just not worth it
